接近一个月前Intel再告诉中要赔偿AMD12.5亿美金以这样来达成两间公司间的诉讼
今天AMD发表声明,在上周四时后已经收到12.5亿美金的款项

Nearlyamonthago,IntelandAMDannouncedasettlementof$1.25billiontoendthedisputesbetweenthecompanies.

AMDannouncedlateThursdaythatithasreceivedthe$1,250,000,000fromIntel,accordingtoTradingMarkets.Thissatisfiesoneofthetermsofthesettlements,whichare:

Undertermsoftheagreement:

-AMDandIntelobtainpatentrightsfromanew5-yearcrosslicenseagreement

-IntelandAMDwillgiveupanyclaimsofbreachfromthepreviouslicenseagreement

-IntelwillpayAMD$1.25billion.

-Intelagreestoabidebyasetofbusinesspracticeprovisions.

Asaresult,AMDwilldropallpendinglitigationincludingthecaseinU.S.DistrictCourtinDelawareandtwocasespendinginJapan.AMDwillalsowithdrawallofitsregulatorycomplaintsworldwide.

Inajointstatement,thetwocompaniescommented,"Whiletherelationshipbetweenthetwocompanieshasbeendifficultinthepast,thisagreementendsthelegaldisputesandenablesthecompaniestofocusallofoureffortsonproductinnovationanddevelopment."
